The Mercread Youth Centre is fundraising for a new kitchen to make it a practical space to run cookery workshops for the community.

We are holding a day of fundraising activities starting with Christmas crafts and gift making and ending with a curry and a quiz. (Please see separate event post).

The curry & quiz night is sponsored by the Mayor of Seaford Councillor Olivia Honeyman.
The Mercread Youth Centre is launching a crowdfunder soon.

Activities include:

• Make a long-lasting Christmas wreath.
• Decorate and plant a pot of tulip bulbs.
• Make a felt Christmas tree decoration.
• Sew and fill a lavender bag.
• Hand stitch a needle case.
• Paper crafts.
• Hot drinks and home made cakes will be available.

All materials will be provided.

Any donations will go towards the Mercread kitchen renovation project.
